Orders
You most certainly can order our designs in any color, size and fabric. While making customized order please do remember that making custom size might affect items design with small changes. We have a wide selection of fabrics in various colors to fit your wishes. Please not that orders for custom fabric and colored fabric start with minimum amount of fabric to be processed. If You wish to cancel your order after placing an order you must contact us by email. The cancellation notification must be sent before we have dispatched the order.

Orders placed within the EU and the USA are not subject to any additional charges or taxes. When a delivery is sent to another country, customs and/or import charges are oftenapplied, and any associated costs must be covered by the addressee. Unfortunately, because customs laws and import taxes differ greatly from one nation to the next, we have no control over these fees and are unable to predict what they might cost. YES! You will have an option to choose gift packing during checkout.
Returns & Refunds
You may return your order (customized items can not be returned) for any reason up to 14 business days from the date on which you receive your order. Within three days of receiving your order, you must get in touch with us before returning the parcel. All postage and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A refund request must be submitted within 3 days after receiving the order via our Return Center
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged you are not eligible for a refund.
