Getting Your Order to You with Care

At Linen Couture, ensuring your order arrives quickly, safely, and sustainably is our top priority. We work with carefully selected delivery partners worldwide, and all orders are shipped directly from our facilities in Lithuania, Europe. Rest assured, we never ship from third countries, maintaining the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

Every order is thoughtfully packed with care and love, and we’re confident you’ll fall in love with your selections as soon as they arrive. Sustainability is at the heart of our process: we use green energy where possible, 96% of our deliveries within the EU are made with electric vehicles, and for shipments outside the EU, we actively work to minimize our carbon footprint.

All new orders will be processed during work days, Monday – Friday between 9:00 – 18:00. Once your order is processed and ready to leave our facilities you will receive an email. Your order will be delivered on business days. 

If your order is in stock, we will send it within 16 hours after receiving the payment. We ship all orders with a registered delivery, however delivery tracking may not be available in some cases depending on destination and shipping company.

If selected product is not in stock, we will send it within 1-3 business days.

We ship worldwide! Delivery time might differ depending on your location.

Standard shipping normally takes: 

2 – 14 business days for Europe;

5 – 21 business days for USA and Canada;

6 - 21 business days for Australia, Japan, China and the rest of the World.

2-4 business days for Worldwide Express Shipping

Orders placed within the EU and the USA are not subject to any additional charges or taxes. When a delivery is sent to another country, customs and/or import charges are often applied, and any associated costs must be covered by the addressee. Unfortunately, because customs laws and import taxes differ greatly from one nation to the next, we have no control over these fees and are unable to predict what they might cost. Before placing an order, we advise you to inquire with your local customs office if you have any questions. Additionally, you can email us, and we'll try our best to assist!
